The club is situated in Pinces Gardens, a park in the St.Thomas area of Exeter. The park is easy to find, just off Alphington Road (A377), about 250 yards south of the Exe bridges. It is best approached by leaving the M5 at Junction 31, signposted A30 to Bodmin and Okehampton, which is two miles west of the main Exeter junction. Leave the A30 at the first exit left and follow the signs for the city centre. After mile turn left at the traffic lights and cross roads into Sydney Road. The immediately left into Queen's Road and back-track some 300 yards to Pinces Road. There is ample parking available in the tree-lined Pinces Road by the park entrance. (NB, despite its proximity to Queen's Road, the club is in Pinces Gardens, not Prince's Gardens - named after Robert Pince)

The club has the use of two courts, one of which is kept open during the winter. New members are always welcome and the club organises coaching throughout the main playing season for beginners. The club also has a number of mallets which beginners can use whilst learning the game.

The club takes part in CA inter club competitions and Federation leagues as well as running internal club competitions. The club plays all variations of the game.
